If you want your coffee made incorrectly, then come to this store. My wife asked for a Venti drink with no ice and he hands over a venti cup with LESS then half of the Horchata drink in it. Common sense is not common at SB. They want to give you as little as possible, and then fill up the entire cup with ice. Rip off
Prices are out of control are iam not paying 4.75 for a slice of lemon cake. I just walk over to Walmart and get the same piece of cake for 1.49
Visited Starbucks today and while my drink was made well, the customer service was disappointing. An employee named Kale was noticeably rude and had an attitude toward both customers and coworkers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and honestly made the experience unpleasant. I understand everyone has bad days, but professionalism and basic kindness go a long way. Kale needs to be revaluated.
