Visited Starbucks today and while my drink was made well, the customer service was disappointing. An employee named Kale was noticeably rude and had an attitude toward both customers and coworkers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and honestly made the experience unpleasant. I understand everyone has bad days, but professionalism and basic kindness go a long way. Kale needs to be revaluated.
The manager is awesome and sweet. The workers are great too. Good location 🤗
Just went for a strawberry refresher and Deborah helped me us I was so pleased on her professionalism and attention that I had to put a review. Thank you Debbie you were amazing!!!
Asked for pink drink. Got ice instead.
