There are some people on this team that I absolutely adore. And the manager seems solid. I'm writing this note because I want to express an annoyance and perhaps it's good feedback for the team. I pulled up this morning to order my coffee, and I saw the coffee in the window in her hand and I reached for it. She pulled her hand back into the store and said whatever the price was. They're going to have to create an area for customers who want to eat or have breakfast, because I went with my son and there weren't any tables available, and the worst part was that all the customers sitting at the tables were just having coffee or water. They're going to have to limit the time or require a minimum purchase to be able to sit down.

I want to recognize an outstanding staff member at this location named Viviana. She is professional & courteous. She exhibits such positive energy & is so genuine; anytime I see her at the drive thru window she’s always smiling and so welcoming, I’m pleasantly surprised that she remembers & recognizes me and she even asks about my family & how they’re doing . She’s such a gem. I really hope the administration and corporate teams recognize her for her efforts and excellent customer service. Thank you !
BEST STARBUCKS IN USA. Dear Mr. Brian Nicol (CEO Starbucks). Hope you can read this but would like to congratulate you for the new direction of Starbucks and this location. What makes it the best is the staff: no agendas, no politics, only well presented baristas providing the best customer service. We have a coffee here almost every day. Thanks to Diego, Kale, Will, Mel and all of them for treating us like family and making the best coffee ever. You should send all your managers to this store for training.
