Absolutely frustrated went here in the morning and got two coffees and three cake pops later in the afternoon I go to get the same thing and get charged almost 5 dollars more
When I go to Starbucks in the morning, I am trying to start my day. When I order coffee, a good attitude should be present cause who wants a bad attitude in the morning? Needless to say I place my order, and she repeats back wrong twice with a dry tone, then another person gets on the speaker and repeats the order wrong again, as I repeat back I still get attitude. I am ordering from here every single day, routine. I order on the app daily. Today, I ordered at 715am, I sat and waited, and then at 750, my drink still was not ready. A single drink. I went to the counter and the manager filling in had just got there and offered a refund. I did not take a refund, just wanted my drink, however, you could hear full irritation.
