Shows opens at 6am got there at 7:30am and no one around. Asked a Tom Thumb employee if it was open they said no unfortunately she has still not come in. Not sure who she is as no name was provided but how irritating! Would have never stopped there had I known it wasn’t really open like it states it is. Sad part is I was not the only one there to order as there were 3 other customers as well. So when your business is not making money maybe someone should look into the care provided by its employees. I come to the Starbucks in this Tom Thumb often, everything is usually okay if you don’t get the guy who works there. He is always in the WORST mood and simple things give him an attitude. His customer service is terrible and it’s not just like he’s having a bad day, every single time I go here, he has an attitude. The girls are nice though, coffee is okay
