Half an hour for one drink
The wait times here are always horrendous and much worse than any of the other Starbucks in Springfield.
Made the mistake of sending my partner in to pick up our order. Apparently this is the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich . I should’ve sent him inside with a picture I thought he already ate half by the time he came out. He told me she told him it was the grilled cheese, obviously he doesn’t question it. They always mess something up here. Don’t waste your money at this location.
They never have stock. Today they did t have oat milk.
The staff is genuinely friendly.
