There is a young woman named Amelia that works the drive thru in the mornings. Today was the first time I met her. She opened the store at 4am yet she still greeted me with the most upbeat, friendly bubbly tone and smile. I've forgotten what great customer service felt like. I'm a business owner myself and I wouldn't think twice about putting her in front of my customers. If any managers, store/regional/corporate see this please please give Amelia a fat raise.
