This used to be a great location, but unfortunately, the service has gone downhill significantly. Lately, every time I visit, the location is either closed or there’s a wait of 20 minutes or more. The employees are friendly, which is the one positive, but the inconsistent hours and long wait times have made the overall experience disappointing. It’s unfortunate to see a location that was once so reliable decline in quality.
Interesting experience Monday, October 12. My wife nd I stopped here and ordered two coffees. Fellow who took order was only one there. We watched him take multiple orders, never made coffee. After 10 minutes of this asked him when we could expect coffee. Said he was backed up with mobile orders. We requested refunds, which we received. Manager of store said mobile orders take precedence over walk ins. That seems backwards to me. I have worked retail and the person in front of you is most important. Rude staff. Drunk made incorrectly. When requested she fix it she told me she isn't allowed to. Very disappointing.
This Starbucks is located inside Safeway. There is usually 1-2 people working which makes the lines very slow but the staff are friendly. Food tastes up to brand quality and so do the drinks.
Its a good thing for other coffee shops in the area because this one should be shut down. Walked up and didnt even get a hello from the barista as he looked bothered that he had to work. As we ordered our drinks one of them was a matcha, we were immediately told he was out of matcha. He was extremely rude. I watched him fill the bottoms of two frappucino cups with whipped cream before pouring in the actual frappucino, never was I taught that nor have I seen it before.
