I love this one, everyone is dope! But I hope whoever runs it figures out how to keep both the drive through and cafe open. I preorder on my way to work for speed..then sit in line forever while I watch my coffee get cold through the window. I feel like you should turn off mobile orders if we gotta sit through drive thru anyway. But I still love the employees here, they are always great!!
Make sure you check your order before you leave. This location is constantly getting orders incorrect. The blueberries I had to go back to get are 2 days past the enjoy by date. I’d recommend going to the Conyers store on Salem.
Truly dislike giving negative reviews. I ordered a drink straight from the menu. The drive-thru got it wrong four times. Finally left as the line was getting longer and longer. I reached out to Corporate and they never got back to me with resolution. Asked me for a receipt (which I wasn't given) and finally told them that their service was the same as what I received in the drive-thru. Why is this acceptable behavior?
