Walking into this Starbucks in Covington is always a great experience. No matter how busy they are — and they stay busy — someone still greets you the moment you walk through the door. That welcome sets the tone, and it genuinely makes a difference. Today especially, the whole team was wonderful. Great place to enjoy a coffee
Fay is awesome!
The barista named Kiri was very sweet and helpful in guiding me to a sweet treat, I would recommend going to this location simply due to the very welcoming environment. I rated it a 4/5 stars for atmosphere due to how hot it was, I have asthma and I almost passed out. I definitely would’ve stayed longer if not for that unbearable heat.
