Kaitlin, our barista, was friendly and very helpful with drink/food suggestions. It is always refreshing to have great service when youre miles from home and at a different starbucks than the one you use at home. The next time Im in Covington, I will absolutely stop by. If you stop there based on this review I would suggest asking for Kaitlin as she was phenomenal!

this drive thru has some of the most rudest people it took 30 minutes to get my drinks while people behind us were getting all of their drinks. don’t come here.
I had the pleasure of meeting Yaya a Starbucks employee on hwy278 she was so helpful even while on her break she suggested the chai latte and help ❤️me order
