Walk-in service is horrible. Ordered a singular pumpkin cold foam cold brew and waited 15 minutes. Inside was not busy at all. Not to mention when my drink was finally ready, they didn’t even call out my name, so I had no idea until I got tired of waiting and checked the counter myself. I did not know this, but apparently if you order in-person they serve your drink in a glass or mug as standard, but I wanted my order in the normal plastic cup like everywhere else. This poison crap coffee that makes me feel nauseous after a few sips..
Today shift not efficiently managed. I miss Lauren - her shifts are great and welcoming.
They just don’t appear to be interested in serving walk-in customers. The customers that get attention are the ones that are in the drive-through and app orders.
