This seems to be the last Starbucks that customer service and store appearances matter. My favorite barista? Jordan? That kid is smiling behind the counter and the mop bucket
Always a great place
Paid $5.25 for 8 sips. This is a joke. Both of my drinks weren’t even full. On top of that I waited several minutes at the drive thru window with absolutely no greeting. Then they couldn’t even hand me my drink, I had to lean out of my car to reach for it. Thanks but no thanks.
11/22/2025 Had Starbucks this morning in Rancho Santa Margarita. The customer service was amazing. My wife had a cappuccino and I had a café misto with a ham&cheese croissant. The ambiance was positive and this location is very popular with the locals. Highly recommended. Previous visit Ordered two iced teas and a cappuccino for a to go order. The drinks were perfect and service was great. This location has a roomy seating area and positive ambiance. Highly recommended.
Asked for a cup of water and the worker said I had to buy something to get water ,,, I was already going to buy a frappuccino but since they were rude like that I will not buy anything from here ever...
