I worked in management for fast food so I know how this works. I go to this Starbucks all the time and normally they are very nice. Today I placed a mobile order as I normally do but when I arrived to pick up my order the guy mumbled to tell me that they were out of the sausage and cheddar so he offered me the bacon Gouda. Waited over 10 min for a cup of cold brew while I see 4 employees just chatting away because there was zero management behind the counter.
