they have no idea how to make a basic double shot on ice
Seriously need a better system for the drive thru. It should be a rule that if someone orders more than 3 drinks, they need to order inside and not backup the drive thru. It shouldn’t take 25 minutes in the drive thru to get your drink
I would like to leave a review about JOSH. He was a manager on duty at the time of my visit. I had a mobile order. I came through drive through to grab it. Once at the window I told a gentleman that I had a mobile order he immediately had an attitude and told me I needed to go around and stop at the box. I simply told him I was in the rush and to go ahead and cancel my order. His attitude got even worse and said that I need to come inside to do that.
