A regular Starbucks except they made my drink wrong, but they fixed it.

Josh was incredibly helpful! We weren’t able to pick up our drinks on time however when we called the store he had said he would have them remade! He quickly had them remade, and even warmed up our croissants for us. The customer service was outstanding, and it really made our experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Josh!
I’ve visited this location several times since I live nearby, and unfortunately there always seems to be an issue, whether it’s with the drinks, food quality, or online orders. The staff often come across as unhappy, which I understand can reflect a bigger issue and isn’t necessarily their fault. However, it does seem to affect consistency and overall service.
