Took 30 minutes to receive my online order when it said it had been “completed” for 25. There was no line and it wasn’t busy. The worker said nothing. It was my third time ordering that weekend and the other two times with more people around took Max five minutes. The two ladies who served me the previous two days were lovely.
The experience was pleasant.
They are never Open. There was an employee standing there and she tells me they are closed for an hour. I don’t spend an hour at Krogers.
I never leave reviews but I’ve been to this Starbucks 3 times and have been burned each time. Today I ordered 2 coffees on the app at 12:06. Got notified on the app that the coffees were ready at 12:14. Coffees were not ready until 12:35 and they were both talls even though I ordered grandes. Treating yourself to a coffee while grocery shopping is great in theory. In reality, you finish your shopping and are still waiting on your coffee to be ready and by the time it comes out the order is wrong.
