They are never Open. There was an employee standing there and she tells me they are closed for an hour. I don’t spend an hour at Krogers.
I never leave reviews but I’ve been to this Starbucks 3 times and have been burned each time. Today I ordered 2 coffees on the app at 12:06. Got notified on the app that the coffees were ready at 12:14. Coffees were not ready until 12:35 and they were both talls even though I ordered grandes. Treating yourself to a coffee while grocery shopping is great in theory. In reality, you finish your shopping and are still waiting on your coffee to be ready and by the time it comes out the order is wrong.
Five minutes before closing, they were there but said they were too closed to sell a cookie
Picked up a cookie to buy at 7:55pm and were told they were closed. Asked if they were open until 8 and they said yes, but they have to be gone by then, so they couldn't sell us the cookie... Left Kroger at 8:17 and they were still there. 5 stars guys, 5 stars.
