Worst customer service I have experienced. I ordered a latte with my sandwich. The latte was piping HOT, so I ate my sandwich first, waiting for the latte to cool off. It did not and in fact burnt my lip as I sipped it. I went inside.. "Can I get some ice for this it is still too hot to drink". Not one person looked up, not one person said a word.. one worker reluctantly took my cup, added ice, then walked away.
