This is one of the last standing places of great service. Staff don't give lip nor attitude nor side-eye - none of that. They just serve the customer and are great people if we chat up. I've been going here for a long time now
Just left this location and had to make a comment. David-Alexander was so friendly taking our order! Even my kids commented on it! Great service!
Customer service is becoming shit due to the people they hire . Catastrophic ridiculous employees . I got “ milk” instead of “coffee” and old croissant and she made a big deal try to switch out for free and told me to go back to original Starbucks I bought it from . Starbucks !!!! You will lose more customers if you haven’t , having people like this work for you . Your crazy prices are not enough now you can’t switch out old shit that you give customers ? Enough !!!!!
