Starbucks ruins everything.
Returning to do good will. The manager Malena did cover my coffee the next day due to my experience and I appreciate her. However, Saaji ( the I is for razzle dazzle) is the 5 STAR barista! He remembers my order perfectly, always kind! The young lady from Virginia is pretty amazing too!!! They are the morning crew dream team! Cristal the new barista should not be on the window or go back to training. Staff was really nice and friendly
I'm really disappointed with my visit today. I specifically asked for my drink to be lined with caramel, but it wasn't done at all. When I mentioned it, the barista rolled her eyes! To top it off, they didn't offer any straws, and my drink had chunks of unblended matcha. Seriously not a good experience.
