I went to get 2 drinks and it was busy. There was like 8 people behind me. I ordered and waited all 8 people got their drinks and when I asked if my order got misplaced a redhead with an accent said you get when you get it. I asked for my money back which she became even ruder. I was there for twenty minutes. No drinks. I have a hundred gift card and never want to go back. I did speak to the manager a couple days later but I am afraid she will spit in my drunk that’s how rude she was.
Clean place but don’t get the matcha, y’all’s manager don’t train them how to do it correctly. I got some dark swamp CHUNKY match, CHUNKY?! Idc how over it I am at work but I would never send out CHUNKY matcha. I asked them to remake it and they remade it the same way. It’s must have been watered down because there was no milk up in that drink. No water should go into the matcha, it’s milk yall. Why would anyone what watered down matcha? The drive thru was wonderful, Lauren was so kind and helpful and Hazel made the drink absolutely perfect! Both deserve great recognition!
