My wife is an immigrant from Argentina and she went through the drive thru to order and as she was ordering you could clearly hear the two employees laughing. It was awkward and my wife called them out saying “are you laughing?” Then silence and no answer to her question. Now if this was an inside joke or whatever, they could have said, sorry we were laughing about something, but there was no acknowledgment to my wife’s question to make it completely awkward. I ordered a iced pumpkin spice latte and it was gross. I would never recommend Starbucks coffee or latte to anyone.
Do not go to this Starbucks—go to literally any other location. I have a ginger allergy, and I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. ( which contains no ginger, I’ve checked on the Starbucks website and ingredients) Before ordering, I specifically told the employee about my allergy and asked them to be careful about cross-contamination because my friend was ordering a pumpkin chia drink.
