I’ve visited this location twice in the past two days, and both experiences were disappointing. It’s especially unfortunate because this used to be a Starbucks I frequented often. Today I was greeted and told the front register was down and that orders could only be placed through the drive thru or mobile app. I explained that I had already tried using the app, but this location wasn’t available. Don't go here often, but unfortunately upon me ordering the smores frap on 2 separate occasions both were made incorrectly. Which was extremely frustrating. The 1st time they got the chocolate sauce, but no marshmallow on the bottom. The 2nd time I went neither were put in my frap. Im seeing a trend of employees not knowing how to make drinks here. Waited 6 years for these things to come back and they are being made incorrectly too often at this location
