Good morning Folsom. This coffee shop is the best.
I have been a loyal Starbucks customer for a long time. I am a graduate and run my own company. This morning, I visited this store and used the restroom first. When I returned to place my order, I was approached by two employees, Carissa Morlan and Amber, who told me that if I didn't purchase something, I couldn't use the restroom. As a longtime customer, I found their behavior completely unprofessional and shameful, especially in front of other customers. I will never return to Starbucks, especially this branch. This is my local Starbucks and my husband and I are regular customers. I find the staff to be friendly and attentive. The food is typical Starbucks fare, handy if you're on the go and just need something quick. I will say that the coffee cake is pretty tasty. I appreciate that the acoustics are such that sounds don't echo as in other Starbucks I've visited. My only negative comment, is that the last few times we visited, we left hastily because the music, both genre and volume were unappealing.
