La aplicación dice que esta abierto Siempre compro aqui y las que atienden son amables pero hoy quise buscar mi bebida y la trabajadora muy grosera y prepotente estaba atendiendo y de la nada empezó a gritar que estaba cerrado y cuando pregunté en cuanto abrían me grito feo que en 40 o 45 minutos yo que se pero no fue nada amable siguio atendiendo a mas personas que llegaban y a mi me negó el servicio era una pelo rojo todo alborotado

They said they are closed but the website says they close at 8. The lady said she’s closed while serving another customer telling me it was closed. Idk what establishment this is but not a good one.
Starbucks should do better. This is what I've received the last few times I've visited a Starbucks. This is a 12 fl oz cup of Cappuccino (light foam)! For the same price, my orders are noticeably short on the amount of beverage I'm used to getting. However, the customer service has improved quite a bit at this location!
