Poor customer service, but the food is good and so is the music
Literally the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. And I work in customer service so I’m always extra nice. They don’t even speak to you and are so rude like you’re bothering them or something.
I went in twice since it’s inside the library and the employees were rude both times NEVER GOING BACK! I checked the uwg website and it says they close at 7 but I went in on a Tuesday at 6:30 and they told me they were closed. I don’t understand what’s wrong with the employees attitude and the hours of operation
Always make my drink wrong and then they up charge. Paid seven dollars for a cup of pink water…
