This Starbucks, by far, is the best one I been to. The service is great, only time i had to wait to place my order is when they are very busy, which seems pretty often. While observing them, the individuals that work here have an excellent work ethic and probably need more help. I never see them BS with people while the line starts increasing with patrons. I arrived at this Starbucks at 9:00, and both the map and the Starbucks app clearly showed it was open until 9:30. I placed a mobile order through the Starbucks app for a hot mocha, but when I walked up, I was told the store was already closed and only the Drive-Thru was open. They refused to give me my coffee because I wasn’t in a car, and they also denied me access to the restroom. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially since I placed and paid for my order through the official Starbucks app

I can see why people said the customer service here is bad. There was a rude worker, didn't catch his name but he had glasses and a white beard, definitely not coming back to this one
