I’ve been a customer at this Starbucks since it opened and have lived in this area for nearly 20 years. Unfortunately, this visit was enough to convince me not to come back. I ordered a Passion Tango Tea and mistakenly assumed it included lemonade. After realizing it didn’t, I went out to my truck, looked it up, and then came back inside to ask for help ordering the correct drink through the app. What happened next was incredibly disappointing. I not understanding the names of the sizes messed up my order but when I saw the small I asked what's that? I wanted the big one Ally without hesitation gave me the large I asked if I was charged for the small she said yes but I'll upgrade it and go ahead and keep the small one 5 stars for Ally!
Such a pleasure seeing workers take pride in their place of work !! The service was friendly, everyone was welcoming and had a smile on their face. While I was sitting there enjoying my coffee two employees made sure tables were clean and displaying cases were wiped down. I have never written a review for a Starbucks, but this one really deserves a shoutout. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely go back to enjoy my cup of Joe in a peaceful clean environment. I don't tend to drink coffee very often. And to be honest I'm not much amof a Starbucks fan. However, on this occasion I tried an Iced Lavender Matcha. It was given to me by mistake. I immediately thought, No way would I ever drink this floral drink. Well... as I was making that loud noise trying to get the last few drops of liquid with my straw, I must tell you...
