Honestly. I get it we all have bad days but when you are in a fast paced environment like Starbucks and are customer service based. You being overwhelmed is not the other employee’s or customers fault. The cashier was having a bad day and took it out on everyone in her surroundings, not ok. 5-31-25 @11 am
I am curious the store policy about people that just use the bathroom and sit and eat without making a purchase I was in store for 1 hour and watching a very dirty man come in and sit for1 hour. Use the bathroom 4 times and not make a purchase. I was there Friday from 2pm to 3pm He is still in bathroom
