Wasn’t too friendly and the Macchiato was nasty didn’t taste no favor..
Sunday morning at 10:50, waited for 40 minutes before asking why our drinks weren’t yet available, to be told that there was an hour wait. We should have been told that we would have to wait an hour before ordering. Very poor service. Do not go there, your time is worth more than an expensive and mediocre coffee.
The experience I had at this location today has been weighing on me all day. This is my hometown Starbucks and usually they are reliable, quick, and though busy, friendly. I placed a mobile in store pickup order for a venti iced brown sugar with sweet cream as the milk and a bacon and Gouda sandwich. I placed my order around 8:05 and it was being prepared by 8:11 with a notice of 8-11 minutes until my drink and sandwich could be ready. I waited for an hour as all the workers ignored my presence. Once I asked how long the drink would take because I had a flight to catch I received a rude and cold response with no indication on how long the drink would take. It was simply a strawberry refresher which is literally lemonade and strawberry juice. An hour wait with a rude staff was completely absurd due to lack of complexity of my drink.
