I am sooo sorry I am bad with names but the red headed gal (I am a red head too so..), I think Jacqie, and the gentleman with her are AMAZING! Suggested a new type of brew to use in my drink and were spot on with how good it was. Gave me some great info on other drinks. I love them and will be back!!
Got my normal. Medium roast with oatmilk. Asked for splash of oatmilk. Cahsiers says. Self service containers if I want room. I explained I don't do self service for germ reasons Oh. There's a fresh oatmilk carton on the counter... And she just ignored my request. But 30 seconds later as I'm sitting and watch 4 of them got time to make videos and do goofy videos . Maybe I'm just unrealistic TIPS. To insure prompt service. - 23 yr food and bev guy
I waited 10 minutes in the drive through waiting for someone to take my order and no one did. So I pulled out and started driving away and the person behind me I could hear them ordering. Terrible service.
