Absolutely horrible experience, I went in earlier today with my mom and I had ordered two grande drinks and a venti. The barista had made a mistake with the size and made my venti as a grande and when I went to tell her she took my drink back, I don’t know if she realized I was watching her “remake” the drink. But all she did was take out the whip cream with a spoon that she then put on the counter, took the grande drink and poured it into a venti cup and just added a whole lot of milk until it filled up the venti cup.
