Muy mala atención
The drive thru barista gave herself a 1 dollar tip before letting me pay with card. I had to go inside and they gave me a dollar back from their tip jar. Who does that?
Trizah was so rude to me! A barista was helping me, she talked over her and told her to stop helping me. I asked if she can help me find the support phone number on my app and she told me no. She then clocked out 5 minutes after refusing to help me. Once she left, the other baristas were amazing and helped me out. Trizah was so scary!!
