Lazy staff or shortage of food im going with lazy staff because they never seem to have any of the food I want. It's always going to be the beans and brews accross the street for me over this location. Pfft Starbucks employees are such a joke if they truly dont have enough to make the orders then that reflects on poor management. Step it up beans and brews is always on point
Omg this head guys have to have a lesson in time mgmt and speediness they are so slow. Slowest Starbucks around !! Ok 3/21 go into lobby today because I need a cup and that was a disaster as I watched every car through the drive thru served and mobile orders until I finally asked if she was going to work on my order and then the barista just became annoyed ugh brin back my Monday thru Thursday crew they rock !
Bryson was absolutely amazing tonight customer service normally I don't go to a Starbucks but man Bryson blew me away with making sure I was taken care of and helped me with a few suggestions here knows his work and business if he isn't the manager or someone up in management he should be at minimum give him a raise.
