Great service but the coffees are always inconsistent.

Great service. Great drinks. However Starbucks removed the Carmel Ribbon Crunch (without coffee) from the menu for the barista, but still have the item listed on the main menu. So they have to “build the drink” which charges the customer more than it would normally. So to remove an ingredient, you want to charge me more? And that makes sense? This is corporate greed at its best. SHAME on Starbucks.👎🏻
My very sweet wife and I were placing our order in the drive through. A young lady came over the speaker and let my wife know they were out of cherry for the cherry chai, my wife asked if it was actual cherry they were out of but before she could finish her question the young lady yelled at her and said “POWDER WE ARE OUT OF POWDER”. My wife apologized and clarified she was only trying to ask if they used real cherries and if so, they could omit them from the drink. No one deserves to be yelled at.
