This location amazingly CLEAN! Dining room, bathrooms ands parking lot!! I recommend.
Went to this Starbucks this morning on my way to work and the worker Ari that was helping me was awful. I ordered a cinnamon pull apart and banana bread and she was holding my order while taking other orders. As she was giving it to me, she didn’t even acknowledge she kind of just shoved my order in my hand and turned around doing other things. Picking up here as a Doordash driver is frustrating and annoying. The wait times can be insane and are almost always over the expected pick up time. Picking up 2 orders today- First was stared at by employees for several minutes straight in the Doordash area without anyone acknowledging me. The manager with glasses and worker with red hair talked about me over their headsets just glaring. Even though they spoke about me, they didn't speak to me. My experience here was horrible. First of all I usually don't leave reviews so the fact that | am taking my time to do this should tell you enough already. The manager "Tirzah" (I believe is her name) was absolutely stand-offish. She was not only rude to me by being passive aggressive and giving me dirty looks, but she was also rude to her workers. The customer service is always top notch at this location. Food and beverages make it out quickly whether you’re in the drive thru or lobby. The lobby is typically pretty clean. Bathroom are usually clean and well stocked. I’ve never had a bad food item here and my drink order is always right.
