I ordered an Iced Lavender Cream Matcha and showed my order to the employee to make sure it was correct. However, I was given an Iced Lavender Cream Chai instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the employee told me to throw the drink away and said they would make a new one. Unfortunately, the replacement drink was also not prepared correctly—it was missing the lavender foam that is supposed to be part of the drink. This place is a mess and all the staff can do is prepare online orders. If you want a coffee...you better to stand in line, but order it online first. Just save yourself some tension and get your cup at home.
Love that I place my order, and drive up and pick right up from the counter no waiting in the usually long line.
Workers rolling their eyes when customers walk up. Drinks do not taste like real Starbucks. Not a convenient location. No straws. Dirty.
These girls are miserable. They are so rude. I got on here to see if other people have the same experience and I guess im not alone. This is the only starbucks closest to me, so I have to go often unfortunately. I literally leave there feeling so unsettled and like I was an inconvenience to the people that work there.
