Went to the Starbucks location for the very first time in the Customer Service was very kind and they were very generous when making our drinks. We we tried the new pistachio flavoring and it was honestly the best drink I’ve ever had. I’m not a huge Starbucks person and don’t frequent here, but I want to try the pistachio flavoring as it’s their new flavor. I will definitely be back again while the flavor is going on. My drink was superb but I waited quite a while.
Ordered our food and drinks on the app 20 minutes before we drove over. Waited 10 minutes and they hadn't even started one of our drinks. By the time all the drinks are ready our food was cold and we asked them to reheat it and they said no and they would not give us new sandwiches either.
They have amazing people working here! They are very talented and personable. They make coming a breathe of fresh air. It is like talking with old friends, especially Avri, Megan & Ash!
Ordered a frappuccino from here Saturday and they didn't have the coffee to put in it but charged me full price. How do you make a coffee drink with no coffee?
