Kaitlyn is a WONDERFUL barista!! I decided to stop and get a drink; unfortunately they don't make choc chip frappucinos anymore. However, she found a way to make a mocha cookie crumble frappucino with light cream and without frapproast, so it could taste close to what I wanted. I'm not a big coffee drinker, and she was AMAZING at making this drink that was SO AWESOME tasting. Her customer service skills are above and beyond; she deserves 10 stars!! I honestly don’t think I’ll be going to Starbucks for a while… I took a sip of my drink and it didn’t taste the best. I thought maybe it was still too hot. Well I was wrong unfortunately…The last and final sip was the worst. I got a big chunk in this swig and it was sour…Whatever they put in my drink today was definitely expired 🤢🤢🤢🤢
