Erin and Nadia are just fantastic employees. They put the "customer" in customer service. Bravo to them for excelling at their job. Businesses need ladies such as these two.
The man behind the counter was kind but they don't take Starbucks coupons. I'd rather go to the Starbucks in Kroger because they do accept Starbucks app coupons. The only reason I had gone in in the first place was to get a cup of water for my son and the only reason I was going to buy a coffee was so that I made sure to be a paying customer. The guy was kind enough to give us some cups of water free of charge but I'm disappointed that their own coupons don't work.
This is BY FAR the best Starbucks around. Sarah and Bri O. Are and incredible! They always go the extra mile to make sure tour drink and food is perfect. It's always a blast sitting there talking to them while they make your coffee, they make you feel welcomed and are a joy to be around. Sarah and Bri O. Deserve raises!!!!
