I’ve ordered from this location multiple times because it’s not far from where I live and it’s on the way to my job but I’m just giving up not going to order from here anymore it’s always something wrong with my order and it’s not because they are busy because I’ve ordered different times and different days I don’t know if they don’t care or not well trained but this location it’s horrible from now on will be just getting my order from Tierra Mia since it’s almost next to it . This entire Starbucks team working the afternoon of 8/22/25 was extremely unprofessional. The male at the window couldn’t even acknowledge me as a customer because he was too busy carrying on conversations with his coworkers while serving. Ignoring customers at the window is flat-out rude and completely unacceptable. This team clearly needs serious customer service training. Never again.
Pretty much the worst service around here… Not sure who's to blame but a coffee stop will turn into 30 minutes Wait.
The service was quick and friendly. Ordered food but had to ask for napkins
