This store has some miserable employees all I asked was if I could have or buy a tall water for my grandbaby and was denied they made me purchase a drink to get free water I asked to buy the water as I know they sell water bottles I spend hundred of dollars a month on Starbucks and never been denied a damn cup of water and asked me to wait till my drink was ready so I can actually get the water how stupid and sad can this be. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!
Not only did they get my name wrong but guess what else I got called. Corporate needs to fire these ppl because that’s just one step away from ppl drinks getting spit in or called far worse then what you see on the cup.
