Employees seem unhappy and this location charges more then the other starbucks in Waukegan while always running out of items.
Im so sad to have to say but I never have before such a bad experience. There were unrespecful over the speaker and when I approach the window the other girl tell her to go to the back and when I ask her why she's leaving the other girl who asure me she was the manager and minutes later the store manager tell me because the girl was feeling uncomfortable. Im like ? I'm sorry but wasnt her who talk to me bad over the speker and unrespect me? I really don't understand she have the nerve to claim she feel uncomfortable.
-walk in, no greeting. No smiling employees - ordered iced coffee received hot coffee -brought to employee's attention. "I'll make you another one" with a straight face & flat affect. - replacement drink made quickly but no service recovery & acknowledgement of the mistake. No "I'm sorry, here you go". Just places new drink on counter & walks away bothered like I'm the one who made the mistake. Please work on providing a warm & friendly experience when customers choose to spend money in your store.
Didn't make drink correctly paid extra for customizations complete laziness
