I’ve been to Starbucks many times, and overall my experiences have been positive. I can only recall one other incident that I wasn’t happy with, but I chose not to leave a review at the time. However, today’s experience felt different. The interaction I had with a staff member named Angelica didn’t sit well with me. When I asked a question, she was rude, and that just ruined my mood. I felt it was important to share this experience. I hope this feedback helps improve customer interactions moving forward.
Nice Starbucks in downtown Napa. Decor of this Starbucks is very appropriate for a wine town. I like how they made an old grape press into a table. They are well stocked with branded merchandise. The employees were nice.
