We go to a lot of Starbucks all over the country, and sometimes overseas. This is one of the best. Food, coffee, service, and atmosphere all excellent!
Awful experience here. Placed a mobile order and it estimated 10-12 minutes. Went in at 10 minutes and my two drinks were ready, but food was not. The person said it's being made. I watched person after person order and get their food and leave. Someone came and asked what I was waiting for and I said food, and they said oh it's being made. Didn't even check. 25 min later I asked again and they said oh someone must have taken your order, we will remake it.
