This starbucks has gone to shit i place a mobile order almost every morning mind you its 5 30 in the morning hardly no cara I order cold brews I give them a 15 min window to make my drinks I show up and I still have to wait 10 15 mins for my drinks and to make things worse they arw cold brews the coffee already pre made I shouldn't have to wait that long and its always this little skinny girl at the drive tru that takes forever cause she just wants to chit chat all the time....
I usually never leave reviews at all let alone a bad review. I was really really upset because I came at night to the drive thru and keep in mind it’s slow it’s 10pm no cars behind us. There was only 1 car in front us and this red head girl is just chit chatting has no sense of urgency to move the line. I was in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes just for 2 drinks a shaken espresso and a cup of milk. Friendly baristas and pretty quick with orders. Very clean.
Prompt professional
Was met with sarcasm today in the drive thru by a young lady taking our order. My husband asked what was inside the butterfly drink, and she replied with “Butterfly”. Listen we can take a joke but her tone was quite rude and sarcastic. I worked at starbucks for a few years and would never speak to a customer this way. You are working be professional, it was very opposite of that. Drink was okay, service was bad, sorry they have you working on fourth of July. Maybe quit if you are unhappy.
