Was met with sarcasm today in the drive thru by a young lady taking our order. My husband asked what was inside the butterfly drink, and she replied with “Butterfly”. Listen we can take a joke but her tone was quite rude and sarcastic. I worked at starbucks for a few years and would never speak to a customer this way. You are working be professional, it was very opposite of that. Drink was okay, service was bad, sorry they have you working on fourth of July. Maybe quit if you are unhappy.

Sadly I came in to ask for a large cup of hot water as I am 73 days into my sobriety and always willing to pay for it .Becca assured me she’d get the job done and then gave me less than the cup size in water . It’s so easy and free to just be kind to people, we’re all humans and water should be free ..it shouldn’t be held so tightly as she did today . I’m sure the other girls are great, the vibe was fun but just fell short because I asked for a simple task to be done ; really polite , like I said willing to pay. But still ho... read more
