Very slow service compared to other Starbucks. They were confused as to who's order was ready.

absolutely mortified to see that my espresso machine is so back clogged and broken because i didn’t realize the women who ground my coffee, ground it for a coffee machine and not an espresso machine. sooooo disappointed and now i either have to spend money getting it unclogged if that’s even a possibility, or buy an ENTIRE NEW ESPRESSO MACHINE. so unbelievably upset.
