As a Reserve loyal customer. We only have 2 favorite locations, i.e. South St / Gridley Rd, and Bellflower Bl / Cedar. We enjoy coming to these 2 locations and seeing your excellent & friendly employees Jared & Andrew and *Sean at the Bellflower location. We appreciate them. Thank you.
The girl with the piercings at drive thru was rude. I ordered 5 venti drinks and asked for water cups and she didn’t even give me a cup holder, like did she expect me to put the drinks on top of my head or what. I asked for one and she was not happy, they also didn’t have any venti straws and gave me grande straws for the Frappuccinos and the straws just sank down, not just that but the drinks were made so sloppy as if they were on the way to clock out.
