I recently moved to the area and wanted to give this Starbucks a fair chance after a few disappointing experiences. I consistently went here for about a month, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, I can now say this is easily the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever visited—and that’s saying a lot considering I’m a Reserve customer. They favored drive-through services inconsistent. Timing is inconsistent so you’re not able to plan. It can take two minutes to get your coffee or it can take 15 minutes and that’s black coffee nothing in it. Nothing special takes 15 minutes to get so it’s a coin toss whether or not you’re gonna get out within two minutes or 15 minutes.

As a Reserve loyal customer. We only have 2 favorite locations, i.e. South St / Gridley Rd, and Bellflower Bl / Cedar. We enjoy coming to these 2 locations and seeing your excellent & friendly employees Jared & Andrew and *Sean at the Bellflower location. We appreciate them. Thank you.
