Caramel frappe tasted like water
I ordered on the app for urgency and waited in the drive thru for 30mins with just one car at the window. only for her to not have my order ready either when it was my turn and i had to wait 15more mins to be given my food while the drive thru young lady had a STANK attitude - do better Starbucks.
Avoid this location at all costs. Chris is the worst manager there ever was for Starbucks. He’s the heavy bald white man with tacky tattoos. The worst location when it comes to customer service and management. I feel so bad for the baristas they’re clearly scared of him. The Açaí Strawberry Lemonade Refreshers are disgusting at this location. I have ordered from here several time and I keep getting disappointed. Unfortunately, because I’m usually in route somewhere, I’m stuck having to drink it. Smh.
This is the worst Starbucks i ever went to. I went through the drive thru. My pike place was so watery I went back to have it replaced , I put it on the counter and the barista is looking at me like I came from another planet, opened the lid looked at the coffee, looks back at me and said "This is OK coffee." I said thank you in my own way and drove off. I lost 5 that day and a reminder to never come back. Thank you so much Starbucks, this makes Dunkin' Donuts look like a super premium coffee place.
