Loved this location. Good was just as requested, coffee was amazing ( brown sugar cold brew with ristreto shots) everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Definitely will visit again
There are 7 other Starbucks I could go to, 2 closer to my home, I choose to come to this Starbucks at 11253 Pines because of the people. They always say "Good Morning Michael" They all know I like a glass of ice water with my coffee, without asking it is ready with my coffee. The crew is very friendly. Please Starbucks management never loose RoseMarie an Fatima. They make me the day. Kindness, with a great smile, happy guys. This customer service it’s outstanding. I loved this guys, they are a great example of a great service and they deserve this review. Never give up guys.
I went here last week Saturday and on the way out I stopped to get a pup cup for my puppy and a drink for my daughter. Alicia was so rude while taking my order. She rolled her eyes too many time and had a look of discuss on her face once my puppy approached the register. I quickly decided not to order anything and we left. Never again from this starbucks.
