I went here last week Saturday and on the way out I stopped to get a pup cup for my puppy and a drink for my daughter. Alicia was so rude while taking my order. She rolled her eyes too many time and had a look of discuss on her face once my puppy approached the register. I quickly decided not to order anything and we left. Never again from this starbucks. Horrible service. I never do reviews but I had to this time. Just left this place on 11/29/23 at 6:30pm, unfortunately I don't remember the name of the short girl that was at the register at the time. I placed my order around 6:00pm. She fulfilled the order of the person that payed after me who also just happened to work at the mall, and then she just kept walking around while I thought she was doing my order, then more people just started to come in and she just kept taking orders.
