Not sure what is going on with the consistency of how drinks are made here or if they are made correctly at all. Today was the second time I received a drink that was missing the customizations I made via the mobile app. I see them correctly listed on the sticker on the cup so clearly it’s the negligence of the staff. Please do better. It’s made me lose faith in the Starbucks brand because why am I spending $7 on a coffee and not receiving what I paid for?
Bugs, terrible staff, young unprofessional nasty behavior to customer. Dirty floors throughout the storefront and inside. The staff you hired passed the interview , however their true behavior is disrespectful and thats why not crowded at all. Smells too. Im youth abd they are a bad example of courtesy. I do not recommend thos location. Staff is slow at keeping your property visibly shabby. Never hirel. Hire people with public relations skill. I give this place an "F"
New to the area and I'm so happy I found this Starbucks after trying a few. The staff, particularly Jenell and the team always greet you with a smile, have patience getting our orders just right and make everyone feel welcome, no matter how busy it gets.. It's a little out of the way and there are two closer stores, but I made this my fav and will come here because the customer service is awesome. Thanks guys!
I stopped by this Starbucks inside Target before work, hoping to grab a quick coffee. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Even though I understand mornings can be busy, no one acknowledged me at all when I walked up to the counter. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would’ve made a big difference, but instead I stood there without a word or even eye contact from the staff.
