This morning I went inside Starbucks on pines bvld. Insidede the Target and ordered a Carmel Frapp. Maria made the best one I ever had! She greeted me with a smile and my Frapp was made with ❤️ THANK YOU MARIA!! GREAT JOB.
Came in because my AC isn't working at home. Figured I'll drink some coffee and cool off until the AC guy fixes it. Not in a great mood already, I set my coffee and sandwich on the table and stepped on the base of the table... EVERYTHING goes flying off the table and into the air, Venti coffee all over me and the table/chair! Needless to say I'm mad at the table and myself! All the drinks ordered were very watery/milky and not how the usual Starbucks would prepare the order. I ordered my usual - a matcha frap with an extra scoop of matcha and it was definitely not as much matcha as it should’ve been. My friend ordered a normal matcha frap and it was lighter than sage green. If I had more time I would’ve had a barista redo it but the orders took extremely long to come out while the store was relatively empty.
They always make the drinks taste horrible almost every time I go I have to do the drive thru again and ask them to remake it
