Today, I spent 20 minutes in the lobby waiting on my drink that never received until I took the initiative to step to a crew member to inquire about my order. After making myself known, I had to wait AGAIN because they “couldn't find my order”. I did not receive good service and I more than likely won’t be returning. I was 15 minutes late to work due to inconsideration.

My drink was made poorly i ask for a bit of more milk and the young girl help me out bit the person who add the milk had a slick attitude she slide the drink at me and didn’t even say here you go just walk off need better Costumer service this the first time i ever been to a starbucks and i get so much attitude
Breakfast sandwich was disgusting and not edible. Refresher had 2 sips and was fine because it was filled to the brim with ice. Very overpriced and disappointing.
