Horrible I immediately enter there are 6 employees giggles standing around and I'm picking up a pre-order. Not one employee asked after seeing me stand at counter if I needed assistance.
Ordered online and waited inside for 15 minutes, despite there being only one other customer who had already left. The staff watched me stand there the entire time without saying a word, only for me to find out my order had been ready the whole time. After being ignored by multiple employees, one finally acknowledged me—only to blame it on being “busy.” Absolutely terrible service—rude, unhelpful, and completely avoidable.
Typical Starbucks- this one gave good service at drive thru, and chi-tea and caramel macchiato but the spot!!
