I don’t mind paying the 15-cent cup fee when I ask for tap water if that’s the policy. What made me uncomfortable was the way the barista handled the situation. They first spoke to my two 9 year old daughters without explaining the charge, then reacted with dismissive and mocking facial expressions when I asked why I had never been charged before. A simple explanation would have been appreciated.
I visited the Starbucks inside Pembroke Pines Mall recently, and I have to say, it was a real disappointment. I usually love Starbucks, but this mall location just didn’t feel authentic at all. The coffee was probably some of the worst I’ve had in a long time bland, lukewarm, and just lacking that classic Starbucks flavor. If you’re in the mall, I’d honestly skip it and go somewhere else.

Excelente servicio en este Starbucks del Pembroke Lakes Mall. El trato del personal es de primera, siempre amables, atentos y con muy buena energía. La calidad del servicio se nota desde que entras hasta que recibes tu orden. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Así da gusto volver!
Me encanta el servio y la estética de la tienda, los empleados son los mejores te atienden rápido y de forma agradable, y la manager se asegura de que todo esté muy bien
