The short hair man working there (works there often) hates his job. His face looks like he doesn’t want to be there. I stood there waiting for my coffee patiently, for 10 minutes after paying. There was no line, the man was simply staring or wiping the table and looking at me while I waited. After 10 minutes, he asked me what I was waiting for. I don’t mind paying the 15-cent cup fee when I ask for tap water if that’s the policy. What made me uncomfortable was the way the barista handled the situation. They first spoke to my two 9 year old daughters without explaining the charge, then reacted with dismissive and mocking facial expressions when I asked why I had never been charged before. A simple explanation would have been appreciated.

I visited the Starbucks inside Pembroke Pines Mall recently, and I have to say, it was a real disappointment. I usually love Starbucks, but this mall location just didn’t feel authentic at all. The coffee was probably some of the worst I’ve had in a long time bland, lukewarm, and just lacking that classic Starbucks flavor. If you’re in the mall, I’d honestly skip it and go somewhere else.

Excelente servicio en este Starbucks del Pembroke Lakes Mall. El trato del personal es de primera, siempre amables, atentos y con muy buena energía. La calidad del servicio se nota desde que entras hasta que recibes tu orden. Sin duda lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Así da gusto volver!
