I am extremely disappointed with what happened at this Starbucks early this morning, September 15th Customers had been waiting since 2:00 AM for the limited edition Snoopy glass containers, yet these three employees appeared to favor people they knew who arrived later. Customers who were first in line were told the by cashier that items were on the front shelves to distract them while the employees then sold them to others who came afterward. stopped there to do some work. lot of people camping out. food is outrageously expensive. I pay cash so I feel it more than people that pay with their phones.

The only downside to this visit was the depressing atmosphere. I had a large request and left because I needed a physical card and couldn’t use Apple Pay (not their fault, but mine). I returned and re-did the transaction, but it seemed like a hassle or inconvenience. I could have easily taken my $760 transaction somewhere else. On the positive side, my coffee was perfect, but the unwelcoming environment made it difficult to stay. Lesson learned: stick to familiar places.
