wow this is the slowest starbucks ive ever went to it takes 25-30 mins to get your drink i ordered online from home expecting it to be ready and it wasnt!
They've gone down hill. My last several orders have been wrong, everytime we order Creme base frap. It's made with coffee, my daughter cannot have caffeine so we end up throwing it. We've wasted way too much money over the years and never get compensated for the constant mistakes
So disappointed! I finally found out why my shaken espressos never taste right when I get them from this store. The barista (Krystel) who made my drink didn’t shake my drink. She swirled it in the ice until it melted. I was excited to get to try the pumpkin and instead it tasted watered down. To add she also left a mess in the side of the cup. Since this store has been repeatedly making my drinks incorrectly I’m going to have to rethink ordering here. Which is disappointing because I work right near it.
