whoever was working at 1pm saturday (3-4 people) they were slow as hell and on they’re phone the whole damn time and talking and doing everything in slow motion and it took 20 mins to get my drink and it was just a damn cold brew with no additions like holy slow (7/11/26) if your employees are disabled i get it, but they clearly aren’t they’re just overly slow
I ordered using the app SO I wouldn’t be late to my next client (made it on time, thankfully im highly responsible and HAVE to plan for these exact things actually) but it’s now been 12 minutes, and I’ve been standing inside the store for about 9 minutes now. My coffee not ready, my crossiant is not ready and neither is my sandwich. What’s the point of offering mobile orders if this is the way baristas are going to handle it ? Doesn’t make sense. Not as good of selection of none coffee drinks. But it is a coffee shop so that should I expect
