I brought a oatmeal when I open it the oatmeal was hard and stiff it was not done I get oatmeal from starbucks all the time where I live and its filled the top nice and smooth the oats are not hard and crunchy, I literally had to add water to it myself. I wish I would've took a picture before I added the water.I could not even add the ingredients in because it was so stiff and hard and not done so I called to speak to a manager and I got the supervisor so I proceeded to tell her about my oatmeal not being done.
