I did not like how they reported me for being myself and today they lost a customer
This is the best Starbucks I’ve been to in the United States. They are so fast and efficient. Daniel and Adriana were amazing!!!
In the first time in 13 years I was denied an iced coffee refill. I just got done talking with Starbucks corporate help line, and found out I was not in the wrong according to their latest feb 24 2025 refill policy. I made a mobile order, went inside, grabbed my coffee, drank it, and tried to get a refill like I always do. The barista said since I didn't pay for it in the store that it's not a done in order, so I won't be charged a refill, but will have to pay for a whole new drink.
