UPDATE - did you see the YouTube video that shows pouring liquid into the small Starbucks cup full and then they use that cup to fill the medium size cup and it fills It To The Top and then they use the medium cup to fill the tall cup are the biggest cup to the top as well -- proving that all of the cups are the same size yet you pay a different price. I usually love this Starbucks, the staff are generally pretty nice. I ordered a drink with oat milk and no whipped cream, and when I received the drink they had just mixed it in. If I was allergic to dairy instead of lactose intolerant that would have poisoned me. I get making pumpkin spice lattes could be annoying but PLEASE don’t put things in a drink I asked you not to.
