Cait had an attitude when my drink was made wrong and a coworker asked to her make it again. She literally huffed, and had a bad attitude. I totally understand that it’s busy in the morning, but if my drink was made wrong, it’s wrong. Eleanor is great and has a wonderful personality!
I went to Starbucks this morning Trying to get my Matcha for the day. I was greeted by a literal angel with a short brunette haircut Who had some really great friendly customer service. I hope they get a raise because they really know how to treat customers well. Thank you five stars.
I was surprised that they do not have Chai (Indian spice) tea. I had one of their new refreshers and it was good. It was a nice environment to hang out in and chat. The service is very friendly and very good.
I knew that atmosphere was better upon the first few times coming here as an avid Starbucks visitor, But upon coming here consecutively for a about a week, I could tell that every time I come in all the workers are smiling happy and the place is very clean and prestige. Update Jan 28, 2026 I wanted to follow up on my experience at the Starbucks on Hall and Nimbus. After my original review, the manager, Michael, personally connected with me to ensure my satisfaction, which truly stood out. He was polite, professional, and incredibly welcoming, and it meant a lot that he recognized my name and took the time to say hello and check in.
