Update Jan 28, 2026 I wanted to follow up on my experience at the Starbucks on Hall and Nimbus. After my original review, the manager, Michael, personally connected with me to ensure my satisfaction, which truly stood out. He was polite, professional, and incredibly welcoming, and it meant a lot that he recognized my name and took the time to say hello and check in. I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, but today’s experience was disappointing enough that I felt the need to leave a review. When I noticed my drink was made incorrectly, I calmly approached a barista named Tony who was standing at the counter not helping anyone but just standing there while other baristas were clearly busy. Interior remodel was well executed, and preseves a good amount of interior seating. Staff here is always friendly and attentive, and the large patio makes it a nice destination on sunny days... Great detour from the Fanno Creek trail on those days!
