I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks, but today’s experience was disappointing enough that I felt the need to leave a review. When I noticed my drink was made incorrectly, I calmly approached a barista named Tony who was standing at the counter not helping anyone but just standing there while other baristas were clearly busy. Interior remodel was well executed, and preseves a good amount of interior seating. Staff here is always friendly and attentive, and the large patio makes it a nice destination on sunny days... Great detour from the Fanno Creek trail on those days!
I don't typically get coffee, but got a treat today. The barista who helped me that delightful (told them on my way out. You know who you are) and the coffee was exactly what I wanted...even though I didn't know what I wanted. Thanks!
