Went here for coffee at 9:07 am, they were out of multiple flavors and had no brewed coffee. There was one worker so they were probably short staffed, but had to end up asking for a refund because it was taking too long to get my coffee. Would recommend going to a regular store if you want your coffee in less than 25 min!

I've never really had a great experience here. One time a employee was doing dishes, didn't see people in line, ignores me when I said "excuse me" because she had two airpods in. When she finally saw us she rolled her eyes and finished doing a few dishes before taking orders. Another time I didn't get taken care of for maybe 5 minutes while the employees all chatted and joked and talked and ignored me, not doing anything. This has happened atleast twice.
