I went in today and the staff made my drink. I changed my review because they apologized for yesterday's mess up. Thank you ladies that were there today.
This location recently fired a friend of mine after a customer came in and harassed them for being visibly trans. Store manager did nothing to protect her employee, And both the store and district managers have been incredibly dismissive and rude as I have tried to express my concerns, Both as a friend of the victim and as a former customer of Starbucks.
