It was ok . But drinks weren't exactly what we ordered.
The staff is always kind and orders are executed very quick!
EXTREMELY LONG WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU… I HAVE NEVER WAITED 20 MINUTES AT ANY LOCATION BEFORE.. WILL NOT RETURN!
Subpar Sbux … slow, dirty, to be avoided. We stood in a two person line including is and still had time to place a mobile order, visit the restrooms, and find seating before the four employees working could even begin our very simple order. Then they forgot the food part. Bathrooms are locked and nasty.
I'm done with this location. The management seems to have changed or something because the level of customer service has gone way down. From the absolutely slowest moving barista I've ever seen who has not customer service skills, to a lady at the counter who also has absolutely no customer service skills and acts like customers are a huge inconvenience.
