This Starbucks location refused to give me and my child a FREE cup of water unless we made a purchase. I’ve never experienced this at any other location water is a basic human right, especially on a hot summer day. I’ve spent money here plenty of times without ever asking for water, and the one time I do, we’re denied? It’s disappointing and honestly shameful. I will never return to this location again.
Drinks were good service is none existent with the staff that was there on 4/8/25 at 4pm no one speaks to you when you walk in. Or when waiting for service at the counter until they take your order. When your order is ready they do not call your name to let you know the order is ready. They just place the cups down and walk away. You have to go up to counter and just look for your cup and your sticker. When you order something and you tell the drive up window person that it is wrong, you make it again instead of saying it’s done right I buy a Starbucks every day. That’s what gets you one star reviews
