I picked up my moble order. The label on my cup was correct (iced drink) but my drink was hot. I did not have time in the moment to bring it to their attention or wait for my drink to be remade. I was on a tight schedule. Just a little frustrated. I wish there was a way in the app to leave an additional note/comment when ordering for emphasis. This has happened on multiple occasions at various locations. Just wish there was a fix. 🫤
Always clean and always friendly, but speed and quality of drinks tends to be all over the place. I come any day of the week between 10 and 2, and no matter if i go thru the drive thru or order inside the wait is generally pretty tough, and my drink’s taste and quality is never the same two times in a row.
CJ was absolutely the best! His vibe was just incredible!!! Walking in being welcomed by him even though he was taking someone’s order like just being acknowledged by someone who was busy was great! I didn’t know what drink I needed but he was such huge help! Thank you CJ !!!
CJ Saved the day!!! 1st time placing a pickup order to this location. App said 10-18 minute wait time but did not fully anticipate the latter which was my fault. This gentleman was beyond understanding. He provided stellar customer service, professionalism and just being an all around good human despite the chaotic rush hour. I am grateful.
