These ladies work so hard… very focused. I see a lot of team work going on. Plus they made my order to fit my needs for my children to share .
June 4, 2026, around 9:25 AM. I had a very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no greeting, and the staff seemed more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. When my drink was handed to me, there was no eye contact—just a careless handoff as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Starbucks needs to do a better job training its employees.
