Staff very friendly and welcoming but may need re-training on some drinks! Reminders of which espresso-forward drinks come with an extra shot, such as flat whites and shaken espressos. Also where “half sweet” is an option on POS.
No free water or bathroom yall should die
They do not know how to mak a drink properly. I had order a triple blonde vanilla latte, and they did not add the vanilla. Twice. They tried to remake it but forgot the vanilla again.
Always a positive experience at this Starbucks on Scholls & 125th. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, kind, and have great work ethic. They always pay attention and make the drinks exactly as you order them which is why Starbucks became popular back in the day to begin with. A very competent group of employees here at Scholls, Starbucks should be proud!
