They do not know how to mak a drink properly. I had order a triple blonde vanilla latte, and they did not add the vanilla. Twice. They tried to remake it but forgot the vanilla again.
Always a positive experience at this Starbucks on Scholls & 125th. The staff are incredibly courteous, friendly, kind, and have great work ethic. They always pay attention and make the drinks exactly as you order them which is why Starbucks became popular back in the day to begin with. A very competent group of employees here at Scholls, Starbucks should be proud! Coffee half full for a medium, all foam. I literally drank it in four sips. Trash. Plus nowhere to sit while I wait despite plenty of open space. Management needs a wake up, definitively won’t go back.
I had an early morning online order. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by 5+ employees all standing behind the counter, who had recently knocked out a big amount of online orders including mine. My spirits were lifted and they gave me a great start to my day. Thank you to this awesome crew who are so positive and happy! Keep it up!
