Whoever was making the drinks today at this time may need additional training in food sanitation and handling. Or maybe they were tired?? Otherwise. The drink was made correctly.
They keep hiring new people and the new people don't ever know how to make the drinks. Always watery and just horrible tasting. I stopped coming.
If I could give it a 0 I would. This Starbucks is getting worse. The ppl they hired are always on their phones and they never wash their hands. Aren’t knowledgeable about new products and takes their sweet time on their phones and at one point held their finger at us while she was texting and smiling on her phone. Who does that?? They really should not hire ppl who aren’t true baristas. These aren’t ever real Starbucks employees. Their crappy Safeway hires.
