So I went to Starbucks and at this location I met the most patient worker she so sooooo nice and her name was Shlanda she took our order and was very understanding when we had a fumble with our change
There’s this one lady! I think her name is Shalanda, I could pinpoint her down by her looks since I don’t know her name, but I know I won’t have to since everyone I spoke to knows exactly who she is when I mention the service here…. When I tell you they need to move her to the back! Every time she makes my coffee here, she fills is half way up, I’ve had her remake it and she added more milk instead… if you question it she gets aggressive and says YOU ORDERED A GRANDE… I sure the heck did, not a tall! I’m not sure who the lady is who works on saturdays at this location if she’s a manager or not but she always seems to have a attitude and when explaining how I would like my drink made she refused to remake . I don’t have this issue at any other Starbucks but this one with this particular employee. There are a handful of employees I like but this particular one is no bueno. My two favorites are Brad and Bree they are the best!
I just wish I'd noticed this nice message while I was in the store.
